Today we visit the WWI battlefields of Gallipoliincluding Lone Pine and Chunuk Bair Memorials, ANZAC Cove, The Nek, Johnston’sJolly, original trenches and tunnels. Overnight Canakkale (B, D)
Day 4 Sunday Troy,Acropolis of Pergamum
Step back in time today as we visit Troy and its famedTrojan Horse, followed by a tour of the magnificent acropolis of Pergamum. Itsimpressive temples and library made it a renowned cultural and political centrein its time. Overnight Kusadasi (B, D)
Day 5 Monday Ephesus,Kusadasi
Absorb yourself in history today with a guided tour ofEphesus and a visit to the site of the Temple of Artemis. Feel the mysticalatmosphere of the ancient city and theatre before continuing to the formerGreek village of Sirince, famous for its fruit wines. Carpet weaving has longtraditions in Turkey and at the carpet village we learn how the carpets aremade by hand and what determines their value. Overnight Kusadasi (B, D)
Day 6 Tuesday Pamukkale, Hierapolis
This morning we will enjoy a display of locallyhandcrafted leather goods before heading to the magnificent white calciumterraces, known as Travertines, in Pamukkale where we also tour the ancientcity of Hierapolis. Take a dip, amongst ancient columns, in the hot springsthat were used in Roman times for their therapeutic powers. Overnight Pamukkale(B, D)
Day 7 WednesdayAphrodisias, Antalya
Today we drive to Antalya, visiting the ancient siteof Aphrodisias, home of the famous Temple of Aphrodite, along the way. OvernightAntalya (B, D)
Day 8 ThursdayAspendos, Manavgat Waterfalls
Today, we will visit famous theatre at Aspendos whichis known for one of the best preserved theatres of Asia Minor, still usedtoday. Then we will visit Manavgat Waterfalls for a pleasant respite. OvernightAntalya (B, D)
Day 9 FridayKonya
Early departure for Konya, en-route visiting themausoleum of Mevlana Celaleddin Rumi with its accompanying museum.

Day 10 Saturday Konya, Cappadocia
This morning we visit Sultanhani Caravansary, thelargest in Anatolia before we trek through the beautiful Ihlara Valley.Tonight, don’t miss the optional traditional Turkish folklore evening. OvernightCappadocia (B, D)
Day 11 Sunday Goreme, Uchisar Castle
Marvel at the lunar landscape with a fully guided tourof Goreme Valley, the fairy chimneys, Uchisar castle, explore the many levelsof an underground city and more. Overnight Cappadocia (B, D)
Day 12 MondaySafranbolu
Early morning departure toSafranbolu. Visiting some of the finestsurviving traditional Turkish civil architecture. Stroll along thetown’s cobbled streets to Cinci Caravanserai and Bath,Kaymakamlar (Governors) House, Izzet Mehmet Pasa Mosque and the old bazaar.

Day 14 Wednesday Istanbul
After breakfast our tour concludes and we say goodbyeto our new friends and are transferred to the airport for your onward flight.(B)
